  • The minimum order quantity for personalised printed jam biscuits is 10.

Our basic biscuit recipe is inspired by a traditional Austrian Christmas biscuit called Linzer biscuit. Co-founder Lisa Shepherd hails from the South of Germany. Our biscuits are made to her Grandmother’s Linzer recipe (excluding the nuts).

The one and only Nigella Lawson described Linzer biscuits on BBC Food as having a texture of “melting tenderness and celestial lightness” and the dough being “rich and short”.

Ingredients
Biscuits: Wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, eggs
Red currant jelly: (red currant juice, sugar citrus pectin, sodium citrate), baking powder (may contain wheat), vanilla sugar.
Food Colouring: (Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Silicon Dioxide E551, E155, E171, Blue #1 - Brilliant Blu FCF (E133), Carmoisine - Azorubin (E122), Yellow #5 - Tartrazin (E102), Yellow #6 - Sunset Yellow FCF (E110), Polysorbate 80, Sodium Hydroxide, Mono- and Di-Glycerides, Glycerine, Potassium Citrate, Purified Water.

Please note that we bake in a facility that handles gluten, eggs, dairy products, nuts, soya, and sulphites. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace amounts of any of these allergens.

We bake all our biscuits to order. They have a shelf life of 10 weeks for being baked.
